Synopsis:
“Pierrot Noir” dances with traditional Carnival characters, backdropped by heritage architecture, vintage calypsoes, and creole sayings… all commemorating episodes of bloodshed and resistance in Trinidad’s history. Dedicated to the memory of Tony Hall and his Jouvay Popular Theatre Process.


About the Director

Christopher Pinheiro is a multimedia artist and the artistic director of SwizzleStixx in Toronto, a foundation member of the Banyan Television Worksop and Callalloo Workshop. He is presently working on a feature film script and a historical script, both set in Trinidad.
