Synopsis:
Susan, a young white woman, is hesitant to make her relationship with Jordan, a young intelligent black man, official due to her parent’s hidden prejudices. When an opportunity presents itself to show their true colours, Susan pretends to be pregnant with Jordan’s baby. As events play out, her parent’s empty efforts eventually peel back to reveal their true racist beliefs.

About the Director:

Dara Eshaghian is an upcoming director with a talent for finding thought-provoking stories with captivating themes and telling them in a fresh and sharp cinematic manner. Dara has experience making documentaries and promotional content for the MMA sport scene under his company Devolution Productions. He recently graduated from Sheridan College’s Advanced Television and Film Program, studying directing and cinematography, where he has directed several short films, including Woke (2021).
